Each year, we select a charity to support and this year, we are fundraising for the North West Air Ambulance.

Established in 1999 the North West Air Ambulance charity flies life saving missions throughout the North West region from its operational bases at Blackpool Airport and City Airport, Manchester.

Flying seven days a week, 365 days a year their vital life saving service covers 5,500 square miles and a population of around eight million people, yet receives almost no central government or lottery funding. It costs nearly £4 million per year to maintain both aircraft, the majorty of which is generously donated by members of the public.
